Notice of Poll - Election of Staff Representatives to City of Dublin ETB Board 2024
Following on from the review of nominations we hereby give Notice of Poll for the election of one staff member from the men constituency and one staff member from the women constituency. As the number of valid candidates exceeds the number of available positions, a panel for the purpose of filling casual vacancies for each of these constituencies will be created by the Returning Officer.
- Election packs including Ballot Papers will be issued to all Centres by Friday May 10th
- There will be an individual pack for each staff member on the Electoral Roll
- Voting Instructions are included and must be complied with to ensure your vote is valid
- Declaration of Identity Forms must also be completed and returned in accordance with the Voting Instructions
- Closing date for receipt of Ballot Papers and Declaration of Identity Forms is Thursday May 30th by 5pm
- Counting of votes commences at City of Dublin ETB Head Offices on Friday May 31st at 9am
